HR Analyst

Job Overview

The Human Resources Analyst administers end-to-end compliance and operations for government mandated employee benefits, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and adherence to statutory requirements.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Process and monitor government claims (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG) to ensure accurate and timely reimbursement.
• Prepare and remit government contributions for the Head Office and other business units in compliance with statutory deadlines.
• Administer employee loan programs (SSS, Pag-IBIG, and other statutory loans), including deduction processing, balance tracking, and record reconciliation.
• Prepare, submit, and track all statutory and government compliance reports within required deadlines.
• Monitor and renew government-related registrations, permits, and reportorial requirements to maintain continuous compliance.
• Facilitate the government benefits component of New Employee Orientation (NEO).
• Manage and resolve employee inquiries and concerns related to government-mandated benefits.
• Support the implementation of government-mandated programs and initiatives (e.g., SSS, PhilHealth, HDMF).
• Maintain organized records and documentation to support government audits and inspections.
• Liaise directly with government agencies (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag IBIG, BIR) for filings, updates, and issue resolution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of HR experience with hands-on exposure to government-mandated benefits (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG), including claims processing, remittances, and compliance reporting.
• Working knowledge of Philippine statutory requirements and payroll processes.
• Strong attention to detail and time-management skills.
• Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets.
• Demonstrated discretion in handling confidential employee data.
• Healthcare industry experience is an advantage.
• Willing to work onsite in Mandaluyong
