HR Analyst

The HR Analyst – Recruitment and Training is responsible for supporting the organization’s manpower requirements through effective recruitment, selection, onboarding, and employee training coordination. The position maintains accurate HR recruitment and training records, monitors manpower and training metrics, prepares reports and analyses, and supports the implementation of HR programs to ensure timely hiring, effective employee development, and compliance with company policies and requirements.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology, Business Administration, Industrial Relations, or a related field.
• Experience in recruitment, training coordination, HR administration, or HR analytics is preferred.
• Experience in a manufacturing or fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) environment is an advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling HR records and reports.
• Ability to manage multiple recruitment and training activities simultaneously.
• Ability to coordinate effectively with employees, applicants, department heads, supervisors, and external service providers.
• Knowledge of basic HR metrics, recruitment processes, and training administration.
• Demonstrates integrity and maintains confidentiality of employee and company information.

Pay: Php15,000.00 - Php18,000.00 per month
