HR Analyst - Trainee

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic HR Recruiter - Trainee to join our talent acquisition team. This role is ideal for fresh graduates who are interested in building a career in HR, especially in IT recruitment. The trainee will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and coordinating with candidates throughout the hiring process.

Responsibilities

• Source candidates through job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.) and internal databases

• Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates

• Conduct initial HR screening calls to evaluate candidate suitability

• Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring teams

• Maintain and update candidate data in ATS (Applicant Tracking System)

• Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment cycle

• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline
