HR Analytics & Data Intern

About the role

As an HR Analytics & Data Intern, you will assist in managing HR data and metrics to support effective decision-making at a health-technology company.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and update HR dashboards and data trackers (e.g., headcount, turnover, attendance)
• Assist in cleaning and validating HR data to ensure accuracy and integrity
• Generate regular reports on HR metrics and support the preparation of presentations for leadership
• Track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to talent acquisition and employee retention
• Identify trends in HR data to help the team make informed decisions

About you

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Data Science, Statistics, Business Administration, Information Technology or a related field
• Strong proficiency in Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel (experience with VLOOKUP, pivot tables, and formulas is a plus)
• High level of attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information
• Analytical mindset with a strong interest in data-driven decision-making
• Ability to present data clearly and concisely
