We are hiring an HR Analytics and Process Development Specialist! (1 Year Contract).

The HR Analytics and Process Development Specialist will be responsible for analyzing the data used in Human Resources processes, developing reports and dashboards on Power BI, carrying out regular reporting processes, maintaining them, optimizing manual operations performed in Excel, and automating these processes.

The person taking on this role is expected to transform employee data into meaningful insights, support Human Resources decision-making processes with data, and contribute to process efficiency by automating repetitive operational tasks.

What does an HR Analytics and Process Development Specialist do at Anadolu Efes?

• Understand the reporting and analysis needs of Human Resources teams and develop appropriate analytical solutions.
• Prepare Human Resources reports, dashboards, and performance indicators on Power BI.
• Analyze manually executed Human Resources budgeting, reporting, and operational processes in Excel, develop solution proposals, and implement them.
• Improve processes using Excel formulas, Power Query, VBA, or appropriate automation tools.
• Automate repetitive data collection, file consolidation, control, and report distribution processes.
• Use SQL to query Human Resources data from different systems and prepare it for reporting.
• Develop data cleansing, data transformation, file processing, and basic automation solutions using Python.
• Combine, verify, and analyze data from different systems.
• Identify data quality issues and work with relevant teams to resolve them.
• Prepare process documentation.
• Work in coordination with Human Resources, Information Technology, and data teams.
• Support Human Resources decision-making processes by developing new metrics, indicators, and analytical models.
• Contribute to Human Resources data standardization and governance initiatives.
• Present insights obtained from analyses to relevant stakeholders and develop action recommendations.

What are the qualifications we look for in an HR Analytics and Process Development Specialist at Anadolu Efes?

• Graduated from Industrial Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, Management Information Systems, Computer Engineering, Econometrics, Business Administration, or related departments of universities.
• Experienced in developing reports and dashboards with Power BI.
• Knowledgeable in Power Query, data modeling, and DAX.
• Proficiency in SQL and Python for data extraction, transformation, analysis, and process automation.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and experience using it for data analysis and reporting.
• Experienced in data analysis, data validation, and data quality processes.
• Able to identify automation and process improvement opportunities by analyzing manual processes.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and results-driven.
• Able to communicate effectively and collaborate with different teams.
• Preferably knowledgeable about Human Resources applications (SuccessFactors, SAP HR).
