HR Analytics Associate

About the role

The HR Analytics Associate will support the Human Resources team in collecting, analyzing, and interpreting people data to provide meaningful insights that support business and HR decision-making.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in collecting, consolidating, and validating HR data from various sources.
• Prepare regular HR reports, dashboards, and presentations covering key people metrics.
• Analyze employee data such as headcount, turnover, hiring, absenteeism, workforce movement, and other HR metrics.
• Identify trends and patterns in HR data and translate findings into actionable insights.
• Support the development and maintenance of HR dashboards and analytics reports.
• Ensure accuracy, completeness, and confidentiality of employee data.
• Assist in monitoring and tracking HR KPIs and workforce-related metrics.
• Conduct basic data analysis to support recruitment, retention, workforce planning, and other HR initiatives.
• Coordinate with HR teams to gather and validate required data.
• Support process improvement and automation initiatives related to HR reporting and analytics.

About you

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, Statistics, Mathematics, Information Technology, Data Analytics, Industrial Engineering or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work with large amounts of data.
• Good communication and presentation skills.
• Highly organized, proactive, and willing to learn.
• Able to handle confidential employee information with professionalism.
