HR Analytics Faculty

Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced HR Analytics Faculty to deliver practical HR Analytics program. The faculty should have strong HR knowledge, technical expertise, excellent communication skills, and the ability to explain concepts clearly and practically.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver training based on the prescribed HR Analytics curriculum.

• Provide hands-on learning in Excel, SQL, Power BI, and Python.

• Teach HR metrics, KPIs, workforce planning, data analysis, reporting, dashboards, and predictive analytics.

• Conduct practical exercises, real-world case studies, and HR analytics projects.

• Guide the student in developing HR dashboards, predictive models, and the final capstone project.

• Adapt teaching methods to the student's learning requirements and provide project guidance.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor's/Master's degree in HR, Business Analytics, Data Analytics, or a related field.

• 1–2 years of experience as an HR/HR Analytics Faculty.

• Strong understanding of HR functions, HR metrics, workforce planning, and people analytics.

• Hands-on proficiency in Advanced Excel, SQL, Power BI & DAX, and Python for HR Analytics.

• Knowledge of HR dashboards, data visualization, predictive analytics, employee attrition, and workforce forecasting.

• Excellent English communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to effectively communicate with and teach an international student.

Preferred

• Corporate HR/HR Analytics experience.

• Experience teaching international students/professionals.

• Relevant HR Analytics, Data Analytics, Power BI, or Python certifications.

• Experience working with real-world HR datasets and business case studies.
