HR Analytics Faculty

We are seeking an experienced HR Analytics Trainer to conduct an online, 60-hour professional training program. The ideal candidate should be comfortable teaching both HR concepts and analytical tools, with the ability to simplify technical topics and connect them with practical workplace situations.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct structured online sessions covering the complete HR Analytics program.
• Explain HR data, metrics, reporting, and analytical concepts using practical examples.
• Provide hands-on training in MS Excel, SQL, Power BI, DAX, and Python.
• Introduce learners to workforce reporting, recruitment analytics, employee performance, attrition, retention, and workforce planning.
• Demonstrate data preparation, analysis, visualization, and dashboard creation using relevant HR datasets.
• Introduce predictive analytics and emerging AI applications within the HR function.
• Assign practical exercises, case studies, and project-based activities to strengthen learning.
• Support learners in developing and presenting a final HR Analytics project.
• Monitor learner progress and provide constructive feedback throughout the program.

Technical & Professional Skills

• Good command of HR Analytics and people/workforce data concepts.
• Practical experience with Excel, SQL, Power BI, DAX, and Python.
• Ability to work with HR datasets and transform raw information into meaningful insights.
• Knowledge of HR reporting, KPIs, recruitment, performance, employee turnover, and workforce trends.
• Familiarity with data visualization, dashboard development, and basic predictive techniques.
• Awareness of AI and machine-learning applications in HR is desirable.
• Strong presentation, communication, mentoring, and classroom-management skills.
• Ability to independently conduct a complete training program from fundamentals to practical project work.

Candidate Profile

• MBA in HR, Human Resources, or a relevant discipline.
• 1–2 years of experience in HR Analytics training, corporate training, HR analytics, or a related field.
• Candidates with relevant industry projects or hands-on analytics experience will be preferred.
• Should be comfortable delivering online sessions on a part-time/freelance basis.
• Ability to explain analytical concepts clearly to learners with different levels of technical knowledge.
