HR Analytics Manager

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Develop and maintain HR analytics dashboards using HRIS reporting tools to provide insights on employee data, performance metrics, and business trends.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and develop reports that meet their needs.
• Design and implement effective visualizations to communicate complex data insights in an easily digestible format.
• Analyze large datasets to identify patterns, trends, and correlations that inform strategic decisions.

Job Requirements :

• 4-7 years of experience in HR analytics or a related field.
• Strong proficiency in Workday reporting tools such as Workday Insights or similar platforms.
• Experience working with large datasets and developing actionable recommendations based on analysis findings.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
