HR & Account Admin

• Support daily Human Resources and Administration operations and report directly to the Manager.

• Assist in payroll, staff attendance, leave records, EPF, SOCSO, EIS, and other statutory payment.

• Maintain and monitor employee attendance, leave records, claims, and other HR-related records.

• Handle recruitment, including job postings, candidate shortlisting, interview arrangements, onboarding, and resignation processes.

• Prepare HR-related letters, memos, announcements, and employee documentation.

• Keep track and record of daily transaction.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and personal files.

• Assist in employee relations matters and implementation of HR policies and procedures.

• Ensure compliance with labor laws, statutory requirements, and company policies.

• Handle general administrative duties, including emails, calls, couriers, filing, procurement, and petty cash.

• Perform basic accounting data entry and maintain supporting documents and records.

• Prepare and maintain documents and records required for audit purposes.

• Perform any other duties assigned by the Management from time to time.

Job Requirement

• Minimum Diploma in any related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail, accuracy and confidentiality.
• Possess can-do attitude, highly adaptive and leadership mindset.
• Knowledge of MS Office suite, SQL Payroll and Financial Accounting is an advantage.
• Good communication skills and interpersonal skills.
