HR & Admin (5 Days / North)

Job Scope

Manage day-to-day HR administrative activities, includingemployee records, leave, attendance and personnel documentation.

Support the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding,off boarding and preparation of relevant HR documentation.

Coordinate recruitment activities such as job postings, candidate screening, interview arrangements and follow-ups.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR databases.

Administer employee benefits, insurance and other HR-related matters.

Assist in preparing employment letters, HR documents and employee communications.

Support performance review and employee engagement activities.

Ensure HR policies and practices are implemented consistently and in accordance with Singapore employment regulations.

Handle employee enquiries and provide timely support on HR-related matters.

Manage general office administration and ensure smooth day-to-day office operations.

Requirement

Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management or equivalent

Minimum 2 years related experience in HR and administrative.

Familiar with HRIS or other HR software is an advantage
