HR & ADMIN ASSISTANT

About the role

This is a full-time opportunity to join PM COPPER WIRE & CABLES SDN. BHD. as HR & Admin Assistant. Based in Kapar, Selangor, you will be responsible for providing administrative and operational support to the business.

What you'll be doing

• Assist with the day-to-day administrative operations of the business, including coordinating meetings, managing calendars, and handling correspondence

• Ensuring all business operations comply with company policies, procedures, and safety regulations.

• Provide administration support, such as managing employee records and coordinating training and development activities.

• Maintain and update office systems, databases, and records

• Manage foreign workers permits and Hostel.

• Support the team with any other ad-hoc administrative tasks as required

What we're looking for

• At least 1 year of experience in an Administrative and HR role, preferably in the manufacturing or industrial sector
• Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and work to deadlines
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with people at all levels
• Proficient in using the Microsoft Office suite, including Excel, Word, and Outlook
• A proactive and adaptable approach, with a keen eye for detail
