HR & Admin Assistant

About the role

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR & Admin Assistant to join our Human Resources & Management team. This role provides essential administrative and operational support.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and update employee records, files, and HR databases.
• Prepare HR documents such as employment, confirmation, and salary adjustment letters.
• Monitor and manage employee attendance and leave records.
• Support monthly payroll preparation and verification.
• Assist with recruitment activities including job postings, screening, and interview coordination.
• Handle onboarding and offboarding processes for new and exiting employees.
• Support employee relations documentation and disciplinary matters.
• Coordinate training schedules and maintain training records.
• Assist with statutory compliance (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB) recordkeeping.
• Manage general office administration, including pantry/office supplies.

About you

• Minimum Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
• At least 1 year of relevant experience in HR and/or Administration.
• Hands on experience in HR administration, attendance/leave management, payroll support, or recruitment coordination preferred.
• Proficient in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive).
• Strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills.
• High attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.
