HR & Admin Assistant

About the role

This role encompasses administrative support, human resources coordination, and foreign worker management. You will be responsible for maintaining office operations, managing employee records and benefits, and overseeing the complete foreign worker administration cycle including permits, medical screenings, and accommodation arrangements.

Key responsibilities

• Answer phones, greet visitors, and manage correspondence
• Handle office supplies, equipment, and internal operations to ensure the office runs efficiently
• Maintain filing systems, databases, and records, ensuring accuracy and accessibility
• Manage travel arrangements and hotel bookings
• Support payroll processes, manage benefits enrollment, and respond to employee inquiries regarding compensation and benefits
• Manage the full cycle of foreign worker administration; from work permit applications, renewals, and cancellations to repatriation processes
• Coordinate medical check-ups, FOMEMA screenings, and follow-ups for all foreign employees
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of foreign workers' personal details, permits, and employment status
• Handle hostel and accommodation arrangements, ensuring living conditions meet company and regulatory standards

About you

• SPM, Diploma, or Degree in any discipline
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Demonstrate attention to detail with the ability to handle multiple priorities
