HR & Admin Assistant

1. HR documentation, Reporting - HR statistics, HR reports
2. HR Operations & Admin Support - HR memos, conduct oral hiring interviews, employees onboarding and retiring, postages, 5S, hostels management, employee leave, time lost report, uniforms and shoes, medical expenses, factory compound
3. Office & Facilities management - Office supplies, company transportation, guards, canteen gardener, cleaner
4. Payroll & Attendance - OT approval checking, perfect attendance incentives, time loss reporting
5. Employees hostels - compliance to Act 446, hostel cleanliness, maintenance, hostel audit, notices
6. Learning & Development Support - training for employees, records, HRD submission
7. Employee Engagement & Activities - company events, meals
8. Compliance & Audit - company's policies, Collective Agreement (include CA negotiation activities), Malaysian Laws, hostel audit, internal auditor, documents stamping Stamp Act 2026, ISO Document Controller

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in HR, Business Management or related subjects
• Fresh graduates with 1 or 2 years with potential promotion to HR Supervisor
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications ie excel, word, power point
• Required language : BM and English
• Applicant must be willing to work in Prai
• Full time position
