HR & ADMIN ASSISTANT

About the role

This is an HR & Administrative support role assisting with recruitment, employee records management, payroll preparation, HR documentation, onboarding and offboarding processes, and general administrative duties.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in recruitment, interview arrangements and candidate follow-up
• Maintain employee records, attendance, leave and HR documentation
• Assist with payroll preparation, OT, claims and allowances
• Prepare HR letters, memos and general documentation
• Handle employee onboarding and offboarding processes
• Assist in training arrangements and HR-related matters
• Provide general administrative and office support
• Maintain proper filing and ensure documents are updated
• Perform other HR & Admin duties assigned by management

About you

• Diploma / Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel & Word
• Organised, responsible and detail-oriented
• Able to handle confidential information professionally
• Able to communicate in English, Bahasa Malaysia & Mandarin will be an advantage
• Basic knowledge of Malaysian employment practices will be an advantage
