HR & Admin Assistant

The successful candidate will be directly employed by Smart & Plan Construction and Consultants, Inc. and assigned to the quarry site of Vibromaster Inc. located along Prince Balagtas Avenue, Mabalacat, Pampanga.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Development Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or any related field.
• Must have 1-2 years of experience in core HR functions such as recruitment, employee relations, and compensation and benefits. Experience in the construction, quarry, or related industries is an advantage but not required.
• Must have a personal service vehicle, arrange daily transportation, or be willing to stay on-site (free accommodation provided), as the work location is not accessible by public transport.
• Willing to work Monday to Saturday and render overtime when necessary.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and willing to learn and adapt to new HR systems and tools.
• Possesses excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proactive, resourceful, results-driven, and capable of thriving under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Mabalacat, Pampanga: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (Preferred)
