HR & Admin Assistant (Intern)

. On-the-job training and guidance will be provided.

Key Responsibilities:
Support recruitment activities, including job postings, candidate screening, interview coordination and follow-ups.

Support HR initiatives, including performance management activities.

Support the planning and coordination of company events and employee engagement activities.

Assist with event logistics for Annual Dinner, Chinese New Year, Mid-Autumn Festival, Long Service Awards and other staff activities.

Support daily office administration, including stationery, supplies and equipment maintenance.

Assist with season parking arrangements and office maintenance.

Support general office and administrative matters as required.

Requirements:
Minimum Diploma/Degree in any discipline.

Fresh graduates and candidates with no prior HR experience are welcome to apply.

Relevant HR or administrative experience will be an advantage.

Meticulous, organised and detail-oriented.

Positive attitude with a willingness to learn.

Comfortable with data entry and documentation.

Proficient in Microsoft Office.
