HR & ADMIN ASSISTANT (INTERNSHIP)

About the role

As our livestream business continues to grow, we are looking for an entry level HR & Admin Intern to join our team and support our daily administration and recruitment operations.

What you’ll be doing

• Assist with daily HR and administrative tasks.
• Support recruitment activities, including posting job advertisements and arranging interviews.
• Assist in preparing HR documents, offer letters, and employee records.
• Maintain and update employee files and attendance records.
• Assist with leave tracking and other HR-related matters.
• Support office administration, filing, and documentation.
• Perform other ad hoc duties assigned by the supervisor.

What we’re looking for

• Currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Responsible, detail-oriented, and willing to learn.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
