HR & Admin Assistant Manager

Responsibilities:

· Lead day-to-day HR operations across the full employee life cycle, ensuring activities are delivered accurately, consistently and on time.

· Execute full-spectrum payroll operations, including payroll and final payment calculations, MPF, employee benefits, taxation, and leave management.

· Compile annual HR & Administration budget.

· Oversee onboarding, probation follow-up, employee changes, transfers, exits and offboarding processes.

· Manage immigration and work visa processes, including documentation, renewals, tracking and coordination with service providers.

· Manage recruitment activities, including job posting, candidate screening, interview coordination, offer preparation and onboarding handover.

· Supports on the planning and execution of all employee-related/well-being activities.

· Handling ad-hoc projects as assigned.

Requirements:

· Bachelor Degree in Human Resources or related disciplines, or Bachelor Degree with at least 3 years of experiences in HR management.

· Well versed of HK employment ordinances.

· Well organized, self-motivated team player with excellent interpersonal skills.

· Strong critical thinking skill, with high sense of responsibility and able to work independently.

· Fluency in both spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin.

· Proficient in MS Office applications, particularly Excel

· Immediate availability will be a definite advantage.
