HR & Admin Assistant (Payroll Support)

Sittal Carpark Sdn. Bhd. is looking for an organised and responsible person to assist our Head of Department with HR, payroll and general administration.

Location: Budiman Business Park, Bandar Sungai Long, Kajang, Selangor
Job type: Full-time
Basic salary: RM2,500–RM2,800 per month, depending on experience
Working hours: Monday–Friday, 8.00 am–5.00 pm; Saturday, 8.00 am–1.00 pm

Job Responsibilities

• Assist with payroll preparation, attendance, overtime and leave records.
• Maintain employee records and assist with HR documents and recruitment.
• Handle general administrative duties, including filing, emails and reports.
• Update inventory records for office supplies, uniforms and other items.
• Support the Head of Department with daily tasks, coordination and follow-ups.

Requirements

• Minimum SPM qualification. A certificate or diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field is an advantage.
• Experience in HR, payroll or administration is preferred. Candidates with relevant practical experience are encouraged to apply.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Able to communicate in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Organised, willing to learn and able to handle confidential information.
• Able to work in Bandar Sungai Long, including Saturday mornings.
