HR and Admin

We are seeking an organized and proactive HR Recruiter to join our internal HR team and support the company's growth through effective talent acquisition. You will manage the full recruitment cycle from job posting to onboarding while handling day-to-day HR administrative tasks.

Responsibilities:

• Post job vacancies across various platforms (Seek, LinkedIn, JobStreet, etc.)
• Screen resumes and shortlist candidates
• Conduct phone screenings and coordinate/conduct interviews
• Liaise with hiring managers to understand staffing needs
• Handle interview scheduling, offer letters, and onboarding paperwork
• Maintain accurate candidate and employee records
• Support payroll-related administrative tasks (e.g., salary documentation, new hire data entry)
• Ensure compliance with company hiring policies and local labor regulations
