Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage payroll processing, including salary disbursement, leave management, and statutory compliance.
• Oversee manpower planning, recruitment, onboarding, training, and employee engagement initiatives.
• Ensure effective office administration by maintaining accurate records, coordinating meetings, and handling correspondence.
• Provide support in HR operations such as policy implementation, benefits administration, and performance appraisal systems.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to develop strategic plans for talent acquisition and retention.

Desired Candidate Profile

• 3-5 years of experience in an HR role within the engineering & construction industry.
• Strong understanding of payroll processing procedures and regulations (PFEO).
• Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with stakeholders at all levels.
• Ability to analyze data to inform business decisions related to workforce planning and optimization.
