Job Purpose:

The principal responsibility of the job is to assist in the formulation and implementation of all aspects of Human Resources matters in the Company and its Associate Companies. This will include formulation of Human Resources strategies, coordinating and implementing of policies and procedures in respect of all human resources matters. This job is accountable to the Human Resources Adviser.

Scope of Responsibilities:

• Assists in the formulation and implementation of employee strategies and programmes.
• Carryout sourcing, recruitment and on-boarding activities.
• Perform end-end payroll processing and payroll related activities.
• Identify, evaluate and implement staff performance measures and processes in to optimize staff productivity and efficiency, including performing disciplinary related activities.
• Participates in the identification, evaluation and implementation of potential new human resource systems and techniques with the ultimate objective of upgrading and maintaining human resources capabilities and processes.
• Ensures the effective implementation and maintenance of prescribed policies and systems and procedures in the organization so as to maintain a high degree of efficiency in human resource management and maintaining harmonious working relationship amongst all parties in the Company.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
