HR & Admin

Responsibilities:

1. Manage day-to-day HR operations.
2. Manage recruitment, onboarding, employment contracts, personnel records and employee relations.
3. Work with payroll providers and social-security systems on payroll, BPJS and other compliance matters.
4. Oversee administrative and office operations to support the local team.
5. Ensure employment, social security and visa matters comply with Indonesian regulations.

Requirements:

1. Indonesian national, Bachelor's degree, HR / admin major preferred.
2. 3+ years HR experience; deep knowledge of Indonesian employment, BPJS and labor law.
3. Hands-on experience with payroll, social security and compliance.
4. English fluency required.

Preferences / Plus:

1. Fluent in Chinese.
2. End-to-end hands-on experience with local payroll / social security / employment compliance.
