About the role

This role involves managing recruitment, employee records, HR documentation, payroll support, and administrative functions within a human resources department.

Key responsibilities

• Handle recruitment, screening, and scheduling of applicants and interviews
• Prepare job postings and coordinate with applicants
• Maintain and update employee 201 files and personnel records
• Prepare employment contracts, notices, memorandum, and other HR documents
• Monitor employee attendance, tardiness, absences, and leaves
• Assist in payroll preparation and checking of employee records
• Process and monitor SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, and BIR requirements
• Assist in onboarding and orientation of newly hired employees
• Monitor employee probationary and regularization dates
• Handle employee concerns and coordinate them with management when necessary

About you

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Experience in HR and administrative work is preferred
• Knowledge of Philippine labor laws and government-mandated benefits is an advantage
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel
• Good organizational and communication skills
• Detail-oriented and able to handle confidential information
• Can work independently and manage multiple tasks
• Willing to work in a fast-paced environment
