HR Duties

• Payroll calculation Compile monthly payroll data, allowances, deductions, and statutory contributions (such as EPF, SOCSO, PCB and EIS in Malaysia).
• Manage all workers leave form and keep up to date
• Prepare documents for apply new foreign worker.
• Prepare employment contracts, confirmation letters, transfer notices, and offboarding paperwork
• Post job openings on employment platforms and screen resumes
• Ensure proper recording and filing of documents are maintained.
• Handle foreign workers permit renewal, Fomema and FWCMS.
• Review, improve, and implement company rules and regulations in the employee handbook to ensure compliance with applicable laws and workplace requirements.

ADMIN Duties

• Responsible to do stock take every 1st day of month.
• .Conduct month end stock audit and present stock report.
• Manage general office administration duties (such as office supplies, vendor contact, or meeting coordination).
• Arrange company vehicle servicing, road tax renewals, and PUSPAKOM inspections.
• Monitor pantry usage and replenish pantry supplies as needed.
