HR & ADMIN EXECUTIVE

1. Manage HR and administration functions which include monthly payroll, recruitment and selection, compensation and benefit, employee training, general administrative works, employee relations, and Industrial Relations.
2. Manage facilities and office supplies, and support in company events and activities.
3. Expertise on Foreign Worker Management processes and procedures such as Visa and Fomema application, permit renewal,and other related tasks to foreign worker.
4. Dealing with government agencies such as the Labor Office, PERKESO, Immigration, and other related agencies.
5. Ensure all Company procedure and benefit such as insurance policy changes, are updated accordingly.
6. To perform any ad hoc by the management occasionally.

REQUIREMENTS

1. Minimum Diploma in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.
2. This position requires at least 1 years of working experience in the related field.
3. Familiarized with related payroll software (SQL).
4. Well-versed in Malaysia Labor Law, Employment Act, Industrial Relations and Immigration.
5. Proficient in Microsoft office, i.e Word, Excel, and Power-point
6. High-level integrity, extremely well organized, detail-oriented and meticulous.
7. Self-motivated with strong time management.
8. Must possess own transport.
