HR & ADMIN EXECUTIVE

Job Responsibilities

• Assist in posting/advertising of vacancies in various portal.

• Ability in drafting memos, letters and job descriptions.

• Assist in preparing staff payroll processing.

• Maintain and manage staff personal files.

• Prepare Management Report

• Assist in issuing Letter of Employment, Confirmation Letter and others related letters.

• Manage employee database and ensure employee records are updated.

• Perform other related duties related to HR and administrative duties.

• Conducts an ongoing study of all Human Resources daily policies, programs, and practices to inform management of new developments.

• Establishes and leads the standard recruiting and hiring practices and procedures necessary to recruit and hire a superior workforce.

Job Requirements:-

• Candidate with Diploma/Degree in Human Resource discipline is desirable.
• Good in planning, critical thinking and have good common sense.
• At least 3 years' experience in related field and SQL payroll will be advantages.
• Good communication skills both written and oral in English and Mandarin. We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
• Have the aptitude in cash handling.
• Mobile and have own transport as light travelling is required.
• Computer literate and able to work independently with minimum supervision, details-oriented, has strong sense of urgency to complete all tasks given.
