We run the coolest Western restaurant concepts in town. With bustling kitchens, front-of-house teams, and a whole lot of passion, our family is growing fast. We are looking for an HR & Administration Assistant who keeps our operations smooth.

What You’ll Do

Be the Welcoming Committee: Help onboard our new teammates, from Head Chefs to service staff, making sure they feel part of the family from Day 1.

Keep Us Organized: Manage employee records, track contracts, and make sure food safety licenses across all 8 locations are up to date.

Office Vibes Manager: Keep our central office stocked, organized, and running smoothly.

People Supporter: Be the go-to person for staff questions about perks, leaves, and benefits.

Who You Are

Naturally Organized: You actually enjoy spreadsheets, checklists, and keeping things in order.

People Person: You are empathetic, easy to talk to, and can chat comfortably with both creative chefs and corporate suppliers.

F&B Fanatic: You don't need restaurant experience, but a love for hospitality.

Tech-Savvy: Comfortable with Google Workspace, HR apps, or ready to learn them quickly.
