Job Title: HR Executive
Location: Gurugram, Haryana

Job Summary:
We are looking for a responsible and motivated HR Executive to manage recruitment, employee coordination, onboarding, attendance, documentation, and day-to-day HR activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment and hiring process.
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn and other platforms.
• Screen CVs and conduct initial interviews.
• Schedule interviews with management.
• Handle employee onboarding and joining formalities.
• Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
• Manage attendance, leave and employee queries.
• Coordinate with employees and management on HR matters.
• Prepare HR reports and maintain confidentiality of employee information.
• Support company HR policies and procedures.

Requirements:

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic knowledge of recruitment and HR processes.
• Good knowledge of MS Office/Google Workspace.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Freshers with good communication skills can also apply.

Salary: As per experience and interview.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹33,104.66 per month

Work Location: Remote
