HR & Admin Executive

Responsibilities

• Manage daily HR administration, employee records, attendance and documentation.
• Coordinate end-to-end onboarding for new joiners, including profiles, orientation, VSO Quiz and Fieldglass updates.
• Process monthly payroll, including payroll movements, bank files and statutory payments.
• Monitor and follow up on employee LHDN stamping and other HR documentation.
• Prepare probation and increment listings and issue relevant HR letters.
• Maintain accurate employee master listings and provide monthly HR updates.
• Liaise with clients, employees and internal stakeholders on attendance, payroll and onboarding matters.
• Ensure HR processes are completed accurately, timely and in compliance with company policies and statutory requirements.
• Support day-to-day HR duties as required.

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.
• 2–3 years of relevant HR or payroll experience.
• Payroll processing and HR administration experience preferred.
• Good Excel and Microsoft Office skills.
• Strong attention to detail, organisation and time management.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work independently and manage multiple deadlines.
