HR & Admin Executive

About the role

HR & Admin Executive role handling daily HR administration, employee records, attendance and leave matters, payroll processing, employee onboarding, foreign worker matters, and general office administration.

Key responsibilities

• Handle daily HR administration, employee records, attendance and leave matters
• Process monthly payroll, OT, allowances, deductions and statutory contributions (EPF, SOCSO, EIS & PCB)
• Handle employee onboarding, confirmation, increment and other HR documentation
• Manage foreign worker matters, including passport and work permit renewals
• Monitor and arrange renewal of company licences and permits
• Maintain employee master data and prepare basic monthly HR reports
• Handle LHDN stamping and other HR statutory documentation
• Support general office administration and coordinate with vendors/service providers
• Ensure HR and administrative matters are completed accurately and on time

About you

• Diploma/Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field
• Minimum 2 years of relevant HR & Admin experience preferred
• Hands-on payroll experience is required
• Familiar with EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB and Malaysian HR practices
• Experience handling foreign workers, passport and permit renewals is an advantage
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word
• Well organised, detail-oriented and strong in follow-up
• Able to work independently and manage multiple deadlines
• Good communication and problem-solving skills
