HR & Admin Executive

Position Title: HR & Admin Executive Department: Human Resources & Administration Reports To: Senior HR/Admin Manager / Plant Head Location: Vasai Salary: upto 25000/ 1.0 Purpose To manage HR and administrative functions including recruitment, employee engagement, compliance, documentation, and office operations. Responsible for ensuring smooth workforce management, adherence to statutory requirements, and effective support to all departments. 2.0 Key Responsibilities HumanResources  Recruitment & onboarding of employees.  Maintain employee records, attendance, and leave management.  Coordinate training programs (communication, leadership, technical, compliance).  Design and implement employee engagement initiatives and recognition programs.  Handle grievance redressal and employee relations.  Support performance appraisal and career development processes. Administration  Manageoffice facilities, supplies, and vendor coordination.  Ensure compliance with statutory requirements (PF, ESIC, TDS, GST, labour laws).  Prepare audit-ready documentation and compliance registers.  Coordinate travel, logistics, and administrative support for management.  Maintain safety, security, and housekeeping standards.
