Salary: ₹22,000 – ₹30,000 CTC per month

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced HR & Admin Executive to handle HR operations, recruitment, employee records, attendance, and general administration.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end recruitment and onboarding.
• Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
• Manage attendance, leave, and payroll coordination.
• Support statutory compliance and HR policies.
• Handle office administration and vendor coordination.
• Address employee queries and support employee engagement.
• Perform other HR & Admin activities as required.

Requirements

• Graduate in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in HR & Administration.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Knowledge of labour laws and HR processes preferred.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

Work Location:-Nehroli, Wada, Palghar, Maharashtra

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
