HR & Admin Executive

Roles & Responsibilities

• Handle recruitment, onboarding, confirmation and employee offboarding.
• Manage employee records, HR administration and HRM system updates.
• Process monthly payroll, claims, overtime, allowances, deductions and statutory submissions.
• Administer employee benefits, leave, medical and insurance matters.
• Coordinate staff training and maintain training records.
• Handle work pass applications, renewals, cancellations and quota monitoring.
• Support performance appraisal, employee relations and HR matters.
• Assist in implementing HR policies, procedures and employee handbook.
• Prepare HR/payroll reports and statutory submissions.
• Provide general office administration and support staff welfare activities.
• Perform other HR and administrative duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant HR experience in Singapore.
• Hands-on experience in payroll and statutory submissions.
• Good knowledge of Singapore employment practices and HR administration.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR/payroll systems.
• Good communication, organisational and interpersonal skills.
• Meticulous, proactive and able to work independently.
• Construction industry experience will be an advantage.
