HR & Admin Executive

Key responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment, onboarding/offboarding procedures, employee record-keeping, and employee relations.
• Assist in monthly payroll calculation and statutory contributions (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB).
• Monitor employee attendance, leave records, and performance appraisal data.
• Ensure HR policies comply with Malaysian Labour Law and corporate governance standards.
• Oversee daily office administration, including procurement of office supplies, equipment maintenance, vendor management, and document filing.
• Support company license renewal, insurance matters, and contract management.

About you

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in HR Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• 1-3 years of relevant HR or administrative experience (experience in payroll processing is a plus).
• Familiar with Malaysian Labour Law and EPF/SOCSO submission procedures.
• Detail-oriented, organized, with strong multitasking abilities and a high sense of confidentiality.
• Proficiency in Mandarin (to coordinate with HQ/Chinese-speaking colleagues) is required; English and Bahasa Malaysia are advantageous.
