HR & Admin Executive

About the role

We are looking for a proactive, organised and detail-oriented HR & Admin Executive to take charge of our day-to-day Human Resources functions while overseeing general office administration.

Key responsibilities

• Manage employee records, attendance, leave and HR documentation.
• Prepare HR letters, employment contracts and other staff-related documents.
• Compile and coordinate monthly payroll, overtime, allowances and staff claims.
• Monitor HR-related deadlines and ensure timely follow-ups.
• Attend to employees' HR-related enquiries and daily personnel matters.
• Ensure proper filing, confidentiality and accuracy of all HR records.
• Prepare payment vouchers, cheques and remittances.
• Arrange approved payments and maintain supporting documents.
• Monitor company renewals, including insurance, road tax and business licences.
• Manage office supplies, stationery and general office upkeep.

About you

• Preferably 1–3 years of working experience in HR & Administration.
• Minimum SPM/STPM or equivalent; Diploma in HR, Business Administration or related field is an advantage.
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Able to communicate in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
• Organised, meticulous and able to manage multiple deadlines.
• Responsible, trustworthy and comfortable handling confidential employee information.
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
