Hr and Admin Executive

SKLD Integrated Services Limited is seeking a proactive HR & Admin Executive to join our team in Lagos.

The ideal candidate will have experience in HR operations, administration, and warehouse/operations support, with strong organisational and people-management skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supporting day-to-day HR operations and employee lifecycle activities.
• Managing employee records, attendance, leave, onboarding and documentation.
• Supporting recruitment coordination and employee engagement activities.
• Providing administrative support across the business.
• Supporting warehouse workforce administration, attendance, documentation and general people-related activities.
• Preparing HR reports and maintaining accurate employee records.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Industrial Relations or related field.
• 2–4 years’ experience in HR/Admin, preferably within retail, warehouse, logistics, manufacturing or operations.
• Good knowledge of HR processes and employment documentation.
• Strong communication, organisation and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
