Job Description – HR & Admin Executive (Factory Operations)

HR & Admin Executive
Location: Dubai Head Office and KIZAD- Factory, UAE

Job Summary

We are looking for an organized and proactive HR & Admin Executive to manage recruitment, attendance, payroll coordination, leave management, and employee administration for factory operations in KIZAD, UAE.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle recruitment and hiring of factory staff and workers.
• Manage employee attendance, overtime, and shift records.
• Coordinate payroll data, leave records, and employee documentation.
• Maintain employee files, contracts, visa, and HR records.
• Support onboarding, employee communication, and HR compliance.
• Coordinate with factory supervisors for manpower planning and workforce management.
• Will be given responsibility of PRO for the office operations also.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in HR, Administration, or related field.
• 2–5 years of HR/Admin experience in UAE, preferably in factory or industrial operations.
• Knowledge of payroll, attendance systems, and UAE labour practices.
• PRO Experience in past is an advantage
• Good communication, coordination, and MS Office skills.

Pay: AED8,000.00 - AED12,000.00 per month
