HR and Admin Executive

TPG Oil & Gas, is located at Tanjung Langsat, Johor, is a biodiesel manufacturing plant committed to operational excellence and sustainable energy solutions. As we continue to expand our operations and strengthen our workforce, we have vacancy for HR and Administration Executive role.

Responsibilities:

• As HR Generalist responsible for independently managing and supporting all aspects of human resources function

• Assist in recruitment process and ensure proper onboarding, orientation and placement of employees

• Handle employee grievances, disciplinary actions and conflict resolution in line with labor laws and company policy

• Prepare and process monthly payroll and ensure accurate time attendance and leave records

• Coordinate training program for employees

• Handle general office administration and license application

Requirement :

• Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or related field
• 5 years of HR experience, preferably in palm oil or manufacturing sector
• Knowledge of Malaysian Employment Act, labor regulations, and foreign worker management
• Ability to work independently
• Able to travel and support other plants when required
