Job Description:-

• Recruitment & Onboarding: Coordinate the hiring process by posting job openings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting new-hire orientations.
• Employee Records: Maintain and update personnel files, attendance records, and leave balances in the HR Information System.
• Payroll & Benefits: Assist the finance team by providing monthly attendance inputs, managing benefits administration, and processing employee insurance claims
• Employee Relations: Serve as the first point of contact for staff queries regarding company policies, grievances, and exit formalities.
• Compliance: Ensure all HR practices align with local labor laws and employment regulations
• 6. Facility Operations: Oversee office upkeep, security, and facility operations

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
