HR & Admin Executive

Location: Mumbai / Navi Mumbai
Experience: 2–4 Years
Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month
Employment: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

• End-to-end recruitment and candidate screening
• Interview coordination and joining follow-ups
• Employee onboarding and documentation
• Attendance and leave management
• Payroll coordination
• Employee records and HR MIS
• Offer, appointment, confirmation and relieving letters
• Employee queries and basic grievance handling
• Stationery, housekeeping and office maintenance coordination
• Recruitment/coordination of field staff and promoters when required

Candidate Profile

• 2–4 years of HR & Admin experience
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong follow-up and coordination skills
• Good knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets
• Recruitment experience is essential
• Basic knowledge of PF, ESIC & payroll processes
• Ability to work independently
• Proactive
