HR & Admin Executive

About the role

Maxius Trading Pte. Ltd. is seeking a motivated HR & Admin Executive to join our team. This full-time position is based in our Tai Seng office in the North-East region. In this key role, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive HR and administrative support to ensure the smooth running of our organisation.

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist on daily administrative activities, provide administrative support to the department
• Undertake office admin duties such as handle administrative paperwork, filing of documents
• Assist purchaser on the purchasing process
• Order/Dispatch of Uniforms and name tags for outlet staffs
• Update and maintain shop tenancy agreement and SFA license
• Respond to employee enquires
• Assist in permit apply/renewal/cancellation
• Assist in the on boarding/off boarding procedures
• Assist in hiring procedures
• Manage the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and offboarding
• Administer HR policies, procedures, and compliance requirements
• Assist with payroll processing and benefits administration
• Coordinate office management activities, such as procurement, facilities management, and IT support
• Provide administrative support to the wider team as needed
• Other ad-hoc duties when assigned

Job Requirements:

• Min 1 year of experience in a generalist HR or administrative role
• Strong organisational and multitasking skills with attention to detail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Proficient in using HR and office management software
• Tertiary qualification in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
