Human Resource Management

• Manage employee attendance, leave records, and HR-related queries.
• Support employee engagement and grievance handling.
• Implement company HR policies and procedures.
• Process monthly payroll accurately and within the prescribed timeline.
• Manage attendance-based salary calculations and leave adjustments.
• Calculate overtime, incentives, deductions, and salary adjustments.
• Maintain salary registers and payroll records.
• Prepare salary slips and resolve employee salary-related queries.
• Coordinate with the Accounts Department for salary processing.
• Ensure proper handling of statutory payroll deductions.
• Maintain records related to PF, ESIC, PT, TDS, and other applicable statutory requirements.
• Coordinate with consultants and Accounts for statutory compliance.
• Support preparation of compliance documents and reports.
• Ensure employee records are updated as required.
• Monitor applicable labour law requirements and company compliance procedures.
• Manage day-to-day office and factory administrative activities.
• Coordinate attendance and workforce administration at factory locations.
• Maintain office supplies, stationery, and administrative records.
• Monitor & coordinate with vendors, housekeeping, security, and other service providers.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
