HR & Admin Executive

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for Sales, CRM, Telecalling, Site Executives, and support roles
• Understand manpower requirements from department heads and management
• Source candidates through job portals, social media, references, and internal databases
• Screen resumes, conduct telephonic and face-to-face interviews, and schedule final interviews
• Coordinate with candidates regarding interview status, offer letters, and joining formalities
• Maintain recruitment trackers, MIS reports, and candidate databases
• Manage offer letters, appointment letters, and onboarding documentation
• Ensure smooth employee onboarding and induction process
• Follow up with new joiners to ensure successful joining and retention
• Support HR operations such as attendance coordination, employee records, and compliance
• Assist management with HR reporting and recruitment planning

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
