HR & Admin Executive

About the role

HR & Admin Executive role supporting the HR Manager in daily HR operations and administrative matters.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the HR Manager in daily HR operations and administrative matters
• Provide administrative support for day-to-day HR functions and office administration
• Process staff claims, maintain employee records and update staff profiles
• Coordinate new employee onboarding, orientation and offboarding processes
• Maintain and monitor employee attendance, annual leave and other leave records
• Assist the HR Manager in recruitment activities, employee relations and implementation of HR policies and procedures
• Assist in coordination of annual renewals of corporate licenses, insurance policies and other statutory requirements
• Maintain proper filing and documentation of HR and company records
• Liaise with external service providers and suppliers on general office administrative matters

About you

• Minimum Diploma with minimum 2 years of relevant working experience in HR and administration
• Basic knowledge of Singapore employment regulations and HR practices
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• Good organizational, communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to work independently, multitask and meet deadlines
• A proactive team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn
