What they need
Assist the HR Manager to ensure that all the human resource related documents and correspondence are recorded and filed in an efficient manner.
Monitor daily attendance.
Investigate and understand causes for staff absences.
Prepare notices and advertisement for vacant staff positions.
Schedule and organize interviews.
Participate in applicant interviews.
Conduct reference checks on possible candidates.
Process employee requests for outside training while complying with policies and procedures.
Provide information and assistance to staff, supervisors and Council on human resource and work related issues.
Good in using SQL Payroll
Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
