HR & Admin Executive

We are looking for a proactive and responsible HR Executive & Admin to manage day-to-day HR operations, employee records, attendance, payroll coordination, recruitment, and office administration.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment, screening, interview scheduling, and onboarding.
• Maintain employee records, attendance, leave, and documentation.
• Coordinate monthly payroll, salary sheets, PF, and ESIC.
• Handle offer letters, appointment letters, increment letters, and exit formalities.
• Manage employee grievances, engagement, and HR-related communication.
• Monitor office discipline, punctuality, and attendance.
• Handle office rent, electricity bills, internet bills, stationery, and other office expenses.
• Maintain office supplies, vendor coordination, and general administration.
• Prepare HR reports, expense sheets, and other MIS reports.
• Ensure HR policies and company procedures are followed.

Required Skills

• 1–3 years of relevant experience in HR & Administration.
• Good knowledge of recruitment, payroll coordination, attendance, PF, and ESIC.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and email communication.
• Strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and manage multiple responsibilities.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
