We are looking for an HR cum Admin Executive to manage recruitment, employee relations, compliance, and office administration. The role requires strong organizational skills and the ability to balance HR responsibilities with daytoday administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle recruitment, onboarding, and employee records.
• Manage payroll inputs, attendance, and statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, etc.).
• Support performance appraisals and employee engagement activities.
• Draft and implement HR policies.
• Oversee office operations, vendor management, and facility services.
• Maintain documentation, contracts, and statutory renewals.
• Provide administrative support to management and project teams.

Requirements

• Graduate in HR/Business Administration or related field.
• 2-5 years experience in HR & Admin roles.
• Knowledge of labor laws and compliance.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and HR tools.
